Tape Products Division

The American Biltrite Tape Products Division is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey where the adhesive coated pressure sensitive protective films and papers are produced. A second domestic manufacturing plant, Ideal Tape, is located in Lowell, Massachusetts. The Tape Products Division designs and manufactures industry leading pressure sensitive tapes for Automotive, Graphics, HVAC, Industrial, Insulation, Shoe & Leather Goods, and Surface Protection.

American Biltrite and Ideal Tape branded products are known worldwide for quality, performance, and value. The Tape Products Division is fully committed to delighting our customers by exceeding product performance and customer service expectations. From top to bottom, we are an organization committed to continual improvement. All products are designed in our fully equipped and expertly staffed Research & Development Department, and are manufactured to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. We have been ISO registered since 1993.

Our Graphics products are great for everything from small, simple decals to colossal, complex vinyl installations and everything in between. TransferRite® brand application and specialty tapes offer superior solutions.

No matter the texture, the comprehensive ProtectRite® line of paper & film Surface Protection tapes are engineered to keep your surfaces safe & clean all throughout the manufacturing process.

With a long history of tape product innovation, Ideal Tape manufactures tapes used in the HVAC, Insulation, Industrial, and Shoe & Leather Goods markets. Some of our brands include Ideal Seal®, Ideal Shield®, Cold Seal™, Flex Seal® and Therm-X®.

American Biltrite Europe:

The Tape Division’s products are sold primarily through a worldwide network of select industry-focused distributors and converters. The Tapes Division also operates converting and distribution facilities in Belgium and Italy, where master rolls are converted into smaller sizes.

Our Ronse, Belgium facility is a fully staffed sales, converting, and distribution center serving customers throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

AB Italia

Specializing in tapes for the electrical and footwear industries, AB Italia Inc. was established in 1999 to serve Italy, southern Europe and the Mediterranean.

American Biltrite Far East (ABFE)

American Biltrite Far East Inc., (ABFE) located in the hub of Asia – Singapore. Strategically positioned to be closer to customers for service and delivery, ABFE was established in 1992 to serve Pacific Rim markets. ABFE resources include dedicated teams for Marketing & Product Development, located in Singapore, China and Korea, providing solution-based products for the industries needs.
